“We discovered that a family member was extremely ill back in California and needed our help. We had only been in our Crossville, TN house for about 11 mos and knew we needed to sell our wonderful home so we could have flexibility, not knowing what would be needed from us and for how long. This was an extremely stressful situation and very, very sad and hard. I knew we needed a strong and well established real estate company to work for us and we saw many Century 21 listings and signs in Crossville. When I called their office the phone was actually answered. I had three different realtor companies on my list and they were the only office manning the phones. That was a big plus to us. Also when I asked how long the broker and office had been there I was told, I believe, around 25 years. That checked all of our initial boxes. Once I explained to Rick what our situation was he and his team kicked into overdrive. We got great recommendations from Rick for a handyman and carpet cleaners so we could get some quick improvements done before pictures were taken and we had our house listed quickly, priced perfectly and sold within two weeks. I believe at that time average time on market was about 35 days. Scheduling for us was very tight and Rick was able to have our closing paperwork done for us at the house so we didn't have to stop packing and cleaning. In fact time was so tight we were unable to take the remaining trash to the dump and Rick was gracious enough to go by the house and pick it up before the new owners took possession. Rick and the entire Century 21 team were awesome. I'm taking the time to write all this because it is so deserved and we would love for others to benefit from this awesome realtor and the whole Crossville, TN Century 21 team!! Thank you Rick!”
