He is the most professional, caring, understanding, and hardworking individual that made us feel comfortable every step of the way. His knowledge of real estate made our lives basically stress free. After the "contract" was signed, Rick had the inspector at our home within a few days. He set us up with a friendly, professional electrician, plumber, HVAC, and carpenter.
